This week was crazy but not like really busy crazy, more like fry your brain crazy. It's hard to explain so I won't try but I will tell you some things about this week. So this week, we didn't have baptisms scheduled but we were able to attend the baptisms of the other Elders in our district and not only that, President Peterson was there! He was here for interviews but stayed for the baptism. We had a funeral we were invited to attend for a member as well as one of our investigators passed away. That was crazy because we had talked to him the day before. So that was a bit rough. I just find solace in the fact that now he can be taught by some of the most experienced missionaries ever. Anyway, none of the lessons we had this week are really standing out to me but it was a good week. I have been reading Jesus the Christ in my studies recently and I am just in awe of how many years it took Elder Talmage to gain all that knowledge and those references. I love reading it because it helps me to learn more of Christ but it also helps me to read such a strong testimony of Jesus! The entire book is his testimony! And what a testimony it is. I would urge all of you, if you can, to read that book. It sheds so much light on Christ life that even I, who thought I knew a lot, have been humbled by just how much he knows about the Savior of the World. Well, I love you all and I hope you all have a great week!

So this week, no pictures, sorry. The internet connection here is medyo pangit (pretty ugly). So this week, not much happened. It was one of those weeks here. We didn't have much success with our investigators but we worked a bit with some members and are hoping for a great week this next week. We have Mission Tour this week so I'm super excited for that and to hear what Elder Schmutz(part of the area presidency here) has to say to our mission. I know that as we come to Christ, He will show us our weaknesses. He shows us these so we will be humble enough to turn even more to Him. When He shows us our weaknesses, it is an invitation for us to draw even nearer to Him! I know as we accept the invitation, we will truly be blessed with a closer relationship with the Spirit and with Jesus. I hope you all are doing well and I love you all! Have a great week and for those of you in America, Happy 4th of July!
